White Star Party 2011

The Annual White Star Party will be held with year from 6:00 PM Sept. 23 until Noon Sept. 25 at White Star Park near Gibsonburg, OH. The Star party is held by the barn area with dozens of acres of open fields and some of the darkest skies in Northwest Ohio. There will be plenty of telescopes to view through. Admission is free and it is open to the public.

Both Friday and Saturday nights will feature talks about how to find your way around the night sky using both your naked eyes and binoculars. Saturday at 7 PM Tom Fretz will be giving a talk about his astrophotography
